WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

If you place an order is placed before 1pm GMT, we usually ship the order the same day. Any order placed after 1pm GMT will be shipped the following working day. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend and on UK bank holidays, so any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be picked, packed and dispatched the next working day. Please note if you place an order on a Friday after 1PM, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking info once your order has left our warehouse.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can track your delivery via Royal Mail. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED?

If you’re having any issues with your order delivery please contact us as soon as possible, so we can get on the case and track down the parcel. In the rare cases that your DPD has been lost or damaged, please note that any missing/damaged orders need to be reported to us within 14 days of the date you placed your order – outside of this window we are unable to refund or replace items, in line with DPD’s claim policy.
